Finding the right counsellor is important

Finding the right counsellor is important therefore I offer a free of charge initial telephone call followed by a 50 minute initial consultation at a reduced rate of £40.00.  This will enable us to meet  either in person or over webcam/telephone and give you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have and for me to gain an understanding of your goals. We can then talk about how we may work together.

How many sessions will I need?

I offer short, medium and long term counselling to adults and young people over 18.  I also offer concessions to trainee counsellors who are completing their personal therapy.

We will review our work together on a regular basis and discuss how many sessions you feel you will need.  You will probably know when you are ready to bring our sessions to an end.

How much will it cost?

The fee for each 50 minute counselling session is £50.00  and £45.00 for counselling students completing their personal therapy.  Sessions are held weekly at the same time and day.  Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.  I can offer concessions for those on a reduced income.

Where are you based?

I am based in the BH9 area of Bournemouth and work from a log cabin within my garden.  Parking is available and the location is within easy reach of surrounding areas.    I also offer counselling sessions over Zoom and home visits to those who are home bound.
